Â鶹´«Ã½ native, former North Alabama star Jacari Lane commits to Texas A&M

Â鶹´«Ã½ native and former North Alabama star Jacari Lane has committed to play at Texas A&M.

The guard, who spent the last three seasons under Tony Pujol in the Shoals, will now play under Bucky McMillan in College Station.

During the 2024-25 season, Lane averaged 17.3 points and 4.0 assists per game -- leading the Lions to a share of the ASUN regular season title.

As a freshman in 2022, Lane was named both the ASUN Freshman of the Year and Sixth Man of the Year.

The Lee High School alum was honored by the ASUN in all three of his seasons at North Alabama.
