A Colbert County couple could stand trial for allegedly playing a role in their disabled daughter's death.
Court documents reveal a grand jury indicted Christopher and Amy Malone last month.
The Colbert County Sheriff's Office arrested them in May.
It said an autopsy report revealed neglect in the 2023 death of their daughter.
Both are out on a $50,000 bond.
Their arraignment is scheduled for early September.
