A driver was airlifted to Â鶹´«Ã½ Hospital early Saturday morning after their vehicle veered off U.S. Highway 31 North and fell onto nearby railroad tracks between two bridges, according to the Decatur Police Department.
The crash occurred about 12:26 a.m. on Sept. 21 near Hunter Lane in Decatur. Decatur Police and Decatur Fire and Rescue responded to the scene.
Authorities say the investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
