One dead after possible shooting in Danville community

A man is dead following a possible shooting in the Danville community, according to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff's office says people are being questioned at this time.

The incident was reported to the sheriff's office from 911 about 1:15 p.m. near the 2000 block of County Road 200. 

No further details are available at this time.
