Pisgah man charged with sexually abusing child, sodomy

A man was arrested early Friday morning for sodomy and sex abuse of a child under the age of 12.

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, 61-year-old David Neal is being held without bond. 

The sheriff's office says the arrest was for an outstanding grand jury indictment on the two charges. 

Neal was apprehended in Gadsden, and Jackson County deputies picked him up from there.
