A North Alabama woman accused in a deadly shooting and kidnapping could stand trial.
A Lawrence County grand jury recently indicted Auburn Moore on five counts including felony murder.
She's accused of killing Dustin grimes and kidnapping his wife during an alleged burglary on November 5, 2023.
Jordan Hernandez and Asia Hubbard are also accused in the deadly shooting.
Hernandez was indicted earlier this year.
Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty in his case.
