Authorities arrested a man on attempted murder charges following a stabbing in Marshall County.
Deputies say the incident happened about 6:45 a.m. Saturday at a home on the 3700 block of Swearengin Road in Grant.
Authorities arrested Patrick O'Neal Loudermilk, 43, of Grant. Loudermilk was charged with attempted murder and is being held in the Marshall County Jail without bond pending an initial appearance in front of a judge.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, the victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
