Decatur Police arrested a man on rape charges following an incident involving a juvenile.
Decatur Police say that on Nov. 20, they received a report of an incident that happened between Xavier Thorne, 20, and a female juvenile under the age of 16 at a home in Decatur.
Thorne was arrested on Nov. 23 on unrelated charges and was booked into the Morgan County Jail. A warrant for his arrest on a charge of rape in the second degree was issued on Dec. 6. Thorne was still in the Morgan County Jail at the time of his arrest.
Thorne is being held on a $100,000 bond.
