A Â鶹´«Ã½ man accused in a deadly double shooting could stand trial.
A Madison County grand jury indicted Tye'Deshun Stevens on two counts of capital murder of two or more people.
Police say he shot and killed D'asia Morris and Sequoiya Lamar at a house off Bonnell Drive.
It happened in August 2023.
U.S. Marshals arrested Stevens in Anniston two days after the killings.
