A man is accused of multiple child sex crimes in Morgan County. 

Jail records show 61-year-old Phillip Jerome Cartee was arrested and booked into the Morgan County Jail Friday morning.

According to court documents, Cartee was indicted on charges for sodomy and two counts of sexual abuse on Feb. 28.

Documents state he allegedly engaged in "deviant" sexual intercourse with a victim who was less than 12 years old. He is also accused of subjecting a child to sexual contact two times prior to July 1, 2006. Documents do not specify if these accusations are referring to the same victim or if there were more than one.  

Jail records show no bond is set at this time.
