**SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR NW ALABAMA UNTIL MIDNIGHT**

Strong storms expected for Sunday evening, but a quiet pattern expected to start off the work week.

Tonight, strong storms are expected to arrive in the late dinner time hours. The main threats with this line of storms will be gusty winds as well as localized heavy rain. Storms will pass by the early morning hours. 

Monday will start off with heavy cloud coverage, but by the noon hour clouds will start to clear, leaving us with just a few passing clouds. High temperatures will reach the upper 60s. 

The rest of the week will be dry and sunny with mild afternoon temperatures in the 70s, but chilly mornings in the 40s. 

Some more rain and storms could be back again by next weekend.

TONIGHT: Storms this evening, some could be strong with gusty winds being the main threat. Lows tonight in the low 50s, wind: becoming north 5-10 mph.

MONDAY: Partly sunny sky with high temperatures reaching the upper 60s. Wind: lightÂ
