Forecast highs this afternoon

A windy and chilly afternoon ahead of us. Wind gusts will be as high as 35 mph at times today. Afternoon high temperatures will only warm into the middle 50s, but some good news we will see plenty of sunshine.

Our winds will stay breezy overnight so that will keep any frost from developing for Friday morning. Tomorrow afternoon will be even cooler with highs only reaching the lower 50s.

Light frost conditions are likely Saturday and Sunday morning. Morning lows will be in the mid-30s. Take all your cold weather precautions for both nights.

Both afternoons Saturday and Sunday look great with Saturday warming into the middle to upper 50s and Sunday back into the middle 60s. We will stay dry for the weekend but our first front of the week will arrive on Monday and bring us some more rainfall.

Keeping an eye on Thanksgiving as some models are showing the chance for some thunderstorms. This is a week away and the forecast can change so keep checking back over the next week for the updates.

TODAY: Sunny, windy, chilly. Highs in the mid-50s. Wind: NW 15-20mph, gusts 35 mph.

TONIGHT: Clear skies. Breezy. Lows in the mid-30s. Wind: NW 5-10 mph, gusts 20 mph.
