A Â鶹´«Ã½ man was arrested Sunday for a shooting that happened outside a business earlier that morning, according to police. 

The Â鶹´«Ã½ Police Department says 31-year-old Kelan Deshaune Lucky was charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied building. 

Officers were called out to the 100 block of Jefferson Street just before 2 a.m. Police say they initially found two people inside the business who were believed to be connected to the incident. Investigators say the offenders and other subjects got into an altercation outside the business and that one of the offenders pulled out a firearm arm and fired it.

Â鶹´«Ã½ Police say they believe no one was shot during the altercation. 

Jail records show Lucky was released from the Madison County Jail later Sunday morning.
