Comments will be sent directly to CALEA for evaluation. The portal is specifically for providing feedback on HPD’s service quality.
HPD first received CALEA accreditation in 1996 and has continuously upheld this status. This voluntary accreditation, recognized as the gold standard in public safety, helps ensure that agencies remain accountable to both the community and their own standards.
