Another arrest in a 2022 Â鶹´«Ã½ shooting.

Isaiah Nicholas Henry, 22, was booked in the Madison County Jail on Friday and charged with capital murder.

According to Â鶹´«Ã½ Police, the arrest is from a burglary on Aug. 22, 2022, in the 4,400 block of Judith Lane. During the burglary, a shooting occurred in which three suspects were shot. The incident was drug-related, police said

One of the suspects who was shot succumbed to their injuries later, leading to the capital murder charge, police said..
